Lotto numbers for week commencing 1st May were 3, 6, 22, 25. Two people matched three numbers, Barry Kerr(Galcussagh) and Carol Gourley(Moveagh) each won £50.00. This weeks Jackpot is £3150.


Rock were away to Derrylaughan in the ACL Division 2 on Sunday last and we were well beaten by a better side on a final scoreline of Derrylaughan 3.14 Rock 1.8. The reserves were also well beaten by a strong Derrylaughan side. Our next game is away to Cookstown on Wednesday 10th May @ 7.30pm. The reserve game away to Cookstown is due to be on Sunday14th May @ 2.15pm. On Sunday 21st May Rock are at home to Aghyaran, 2.15 & 3.45pm and on Sunday 4th June we are at home to Gortin, 2.15 & 3.45pm.


The minors were defeated away to Donaghmore on Tues. night last on a final scoreline of Donaghmore 1.16 Rock 0.17. Next fixtures are away to Moy on Wed. 9th May @ 7.30pm and then at home to Cookstown on Wed. 17th May @ 7.30pm.


Our U14's played Naomh Pádraig in Derrytresk on Friday night last and although beaten by six points this was an encouraging display from our boys. Final score was Naomh Pádraig 4.11 Rock 4.5. Next fixtures are due to be at home to Gael Naomh Pádraig on Sat. 13th May @1pm, although this game may be switched to Sunday, details of this will be confirmed from management. They are then away to Donaghmore on Sat. 20th May @ 1pm, at home to Aghaloo on Sat. 27th May @ 1pm and at home to Derrylaughan on Wed. 31st May @ 7.30pm.


U12 training continues on Monday from 6.30-7.30pm. The annual Liam Heaney & Doyle/Mulholland U12 tournament has been pencilled in for Fri. 9th June. More details on this later.


U10 training continues on Friday from 6.30-7.30pm. There is due to be an U10 blitz this Sat. 13th May, details at training.


U8 & U6 training continues on Monday from 6.30-7.30pm. It is hoped to organise a trip to the Jungle, Moneymore for the kids later in the year, more details on this from management. There is due to be an U8 blitz on Sat. 20th May.


This years Summer Camp will take place in Rock from 31st July to 3rd August. Online bookings can now be made through the Tyrone website or our own club website.


Ulster and All Ireland presentation night for our successful 2016 senior team will take place on Fri. 26th May in the Glenavon Hotel, Cookstown. A fork supper will be served followed by music and dancing and tickets are just £10. Come along and celebrate a successful year in the history of our club. Tickets will be available soon.


Congratulations to senior player Tommy Bloomer and his wife Caroline on the birth of their baby daughter, Mia, a wee sister for Bobby and hopefully a future player for Rock ladies.


Congratulations also and best wishes for the future to Patrick Crilly and Eimear O'Hagan who get married on Friday.
